General Information: What You Need to Know

Event Parking
Parking passes are not included in the booth fees. Instead, any parking charges are paid directly to the park. So expect to pay at least $15 for parking.

Donation Items
Donation items are collected from vendors the morning of the event during check-in.

Vendor fees and donated raffle prize items are not tax-deductible. However, any amount exceeding the vendor fee or any additional donation items are tax-deductible. In addition, 501(c)(3) Tax-Compliant Donation Receipts are available if necessary.

A written cancellation must be received before September 15, 2024, to qualify for a refund. Refunds will not include the non-refundable $50 processing fee for the Special Event Vendor Permit.

Returned Check Policy
Payments returned due to insufficient funds will incur a $25 returned check fee and must be replaced with a cashier’s check, money order, or PayPal. In addition, following a second returned payment, PPLA, Inc. will no longer accept personal checks or electronic checks from the payee except at our discretion.

Event Rules for Vendors

+ No smoking. (LB ORD-18-0032)

+ No vendor shall provide to any customer a plastic carryout bag. (LB ORD-11-0009 § 1, 2011)

+ Vendors must remain within the allotted 10×10 booth space.

+ Weapons of any kind are not allowed at the event, either for sale or display (including bladed-edged ritual daggers or athames), and PPLA, Inc. reserves the right to determine what constitutes a weapon.

+ For-profit vendors may not conduct individual raffles or solicit private donation requests.

+ Only vendors who offer healing services during the event may donate same-day gift certificates as a raffle item.

+ Set up starts at 7:00 AM. Vendors must offload their supplies and merchandise at their designated booth plot and move their loading vehicles before 9:00 AM before finishing set up.

+ No vehicles are allowed on the park grounds between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM

+ Vendors may not burn incense or smudge bundles because some attendees may have allergies or asthma.

+ Pagan Pride Los Angeles, Inc. is not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged items.

NOTE: Additional rules be included in the confirmation email sent to you a couple of weeks before the event. So be sure to review the email thoroughly when you receive it.
